The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma has gazetted the Amended State of National Disaster Regulations whose focus is the extension of the lockdown period to 23H59 on 30 April 2020. The amendments to the Regulations lay the foundation for the risk-adjusted measures in order to enable a phased recovery of the economy, allowing the return to operation of certain sectors and do so under strictly controlled conditions.
